Positive: Average hotel. Ok for 1 or 2 nights. Far away from city center. Super fine with shuttle bus to Cern. Rooms were fine and clean.
Negative: The dinner at the resturant at the hotel was below avarage and it took 1 hour before we got our dinner, 3 burgers. The breakfast was ok, but the scrambeld eggs was slimy and did not taste well. Maybe the kitchen should try to make scrambeld eggs just with eggs and a bit of milk.
Summary: Very average hotel. Shuttle bus cern.

Positive: It was generally clean and comfortable but not a great standard for the price but Geneva is very pricey.
Negative: I asked to book the shuttle bus service and was told no. At 8am the traffic would be too busy I said I could do 7am and still no. So I got the hour bus, disappointing after I booked the hotel for this reason otherwise I would have chosen something on the south east side of the airport

Negative: The hotel informed us that Uber was not coming to the hotel because of construction in the area. The hotel called a taxi for us and the taxi arrived quickly. But the next day, I set up an Uber ride and it came after 15 minutes or so. Then later, I checked my credit card and saw that the taxi ride changed from the day before was more than twice as much as the Uber ride. The hotel insisted that this was a normal charge by the taxi. I was not happy with the hotel for not alerting me to the excess charges the taxi service charged.

Negative: This hotel is in an industrial area with no nearby facilities. Unless you drive into Geneva, you're left with eating at the hotel's restaurant, which is mediocre. The twin-bed room is tiny compared to US standards, with no comfortable place to sit except on the bed.
